“You’d better find a suitable couple…” These words are often sounded in the church. Suitable isn’t easy to explain, but being a photographer in Surya and Novi’s wedding, I began to understand it. Surya and Novi are doctors. I don’t say that they’re suitable coz they’ve got the same jobs. When I met them a lot to prepare and on the wedding day, I can see how they plan everything in the same will n know how to treat each other. Fiuh… I’d like to have it too, but I believe it takes time to build it. Profession may be one of the strong foundations to understand our couples, just like what I do, hehehehe… I used to think that nobody can stand leukemia, but now, after knowing them I know that the medical world has developed so much. Surya has a bank clinic or ‘baby banks’ (a clinic that provides a service to store baby’s blood cell taken from baby’s placenta when it’s born. He said that someday it can be a cure if in case the baby got leukemia. Incredibly, it can also help its parents or siblings who have suitable genetic.
Since I saw Novi, I think that she’s a perfectionist who plan everything so detail that told us everything she wants for pre-wed n wedding well-organized. So, I thought that she will bring all her stuff for this pre-wed, but I was wrong! Surya surprised us all by bringing so many shoes! Hahahaha…Between shoes n clothes, he brought more shoes. Cathedral Jakarta is their choice of place for bestowal of wedding blessing. Many people attended it. They’ve warmed the sacred silent cathedral. The sacred vow was declared, they bent their knees in front of the altar. And then they’re pronounced husband n wife. Congratz friends! On the second day, I was in Novotel Mangga Dua, Jakarta. The couples are doctors, so I got a bit different impression: A lot of fruit was on their tables, hahaha… Fiuh, it’s really a healthy wedding.
Eitt… I wouldn’t miss this moment. With lots of love, Surya kissed Novi. Aaaahhh, you’re so romantic! You guys live in a stiff world, but yet you’re joyful in your romance. Really, love changes people. Huufff…If I hadn’t been your photographer, I’d’ve joined people cheering waiting you to throw the flower n doll. Aih… One… Two… Three… It’s so funny. Well, finally, there’s no word as beautiful as love n no true love as wonderful as a wedding. I’m grateful to be your friends on your ones of happy days in life. I can make sure that you won’t forget it too…
